INDIANAPOLIS – Ken Newcomb, Jr. received the 2019 Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX) Transaction of the Year Award from the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR) for completing the largest transaction on the ICREX platform in 2019.
Newcomb, Jr. is the president and co-manager of F.C. Tucker Commercial Evansville. He has worked in the real estate industry for over 40 years and is known for his negation skills and interest in community development. He is an active member of the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® and a past president. Newcomb, Jr. is a Indiana Commercial REALTOR® of the Year award recipient and member of the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame.
ICREX Top performer awards are awarded by the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® in four categories: Industrial, Retail, Office, and Transaction of the Year. To be considered for an ICREX Top Performer Award, a broker must have input all listing data for their completed transactions into ICREX between January 1 and December 31, 2019.
