Donna Crooks holds real estate broker licenses in both Indiana and Kentucky. Donna has over 20 years of experience in community and economic development specializing in commercial and industrial projects of all sizes and stages of development.
Her knowledge in economic development has enabled her to build strong relationships throughout the regional communities as well as develop a deep understanding of the site selection process.
Donna’s success is attributed to her passion to provide individualized assistance to companies looking for the perfect location as well as advancing the economic position of the region. She has worked extensively with companies of all sizes from Fortune 500 to small, family-owned companies and start-ups. Most recently, Donna worked with state and local officials in the opening of Henderson’s first entrepreneurial Co-work center.
Earning her CEcD (Certified Economic Developer) in 2012, Donna previously worked for the Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville (GAGE) and the Kentucky Network for Development, Leadership and Engagement (Kyndle) in Henderson, KY.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from UNR, an Associate of Arts degree from Henderson Community College, and is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors.
She resides in Newburgh with her husband Fred, Network Analyst for Kenergy Corp. in Henderson. She has two children and a grandson. In her spare time, Donna volunteers for various community events and festivals
