Kristin Dannheiser is an experienced broker with over 30 years in the Commercial Real Estate industry. She is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and serves on their Professional Development Committee & ICREX Committee. Her success is based on the belief of dedication to every client and every transaction.

Kristin is involved in several community and not-for-profit organizations including the YMCA, E-Rep/Chamber of Commerce, Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Tri-state Multiple Sclerosis Association, and is a member of St. Johns Church.
Kristin resides in Newburgh with husband Erik Ripper, who is VP/Director of Technology Asset Management at One Main Financial.
