EXPERIENCE
After graduating from Purdue University, Will began his career as a 3PL coordinator and inside sales in Long Beach, CA. Here he acquired the skills required of a “middleman”, negotiating freight transportation and warehousing rates on behalf of many Fortune 500 companies.
Will returned to his hometown of Evansville, IN after seven years in California to help his family run their oil and gas business. Here he learned the ins and outs of a small business, the compliance/regulations of government and property/asset management.
Looking to advance and diversify the family business he obtained his real estate license in 2018. Will realized the importance of what real estate holdings can provide: stability, steady cash income, tax and appreciation benefits.
Will believes in developing strong relationships with his clients based on open and timely communication, attention to detail, and above all trust.

Will married Evansville native, Alex Kasha Smith in 2017 and together they have three great children- Liam, Nellie and Hattie. Will enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team, traveling and spending time outdoors.
